What is the return policy?
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All intimate, sensual, and self-care products are final sale once shipped, for health and hygiene reasons. Gift boxes, custom sets, and promotional items are also final sale.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery times vary by courier and location:
• PostNet to PostNet: 2–3 business days
• Express Door-to-Door: 24–48 hours
• The Courier Guy: 3–5 business days
