Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
No orders are processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you via email or phone.
We offer the following delivery options across South Africa:

You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly depending on your location.
We deliver to all major cities and most towns across South Africa.
If your address is remote or out-of-range for standard couriers, we will contact you to make suitable arrangements or suggest an alternative method.
Correct Address: Please ensure all delivery details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
Missed Delivery: If the courier is unable to deliver due to no one being available to receive the parcel, re-delivery or collection will need to be arranged at the customer’s cost.
Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assist you with a claim via the courier.
Tracking numbers will be sent via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are fulfilled within the Republic of South Africa only.
